- Log in to device and go to Settings/Registration
- Under Functions Settings go to Send and select Network Settings - E-Mail/I-Fax Settings
- Fill out the info as below (password in 1Password) :
- Under Function Settings, select Common Settings
- Select the last option Set Authentication Method
- Make sure that Information Used for SMTP Server Authentication: is set to Device Settings
