Requesting New iOS/iPadOS Apps

This feature is only available to staff who have been configured by IT. 

*If you follow the steps below and find you cannot requests apps, please email helpdesk@lindisfarne.nsw.edu.au to request permission.


  1.  Access Self Service on your school iPad
  2. Open the menu on the top left (three vertical dots) and press the Log In button at the bottom.
  3. Sign in with your school username and password
  4. Now you should be able to search for apps under the Search field*
  5. When you find the app you would like to request, press the Request button and answer the questions that pop up.
  6. Once all the questions are answered, press Submit and the request will be sent to the IT Team for approval and processing.
